Legal basis: negotiations for the conclusion of a contract or the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to an enquiry.
Sending newsletters
Legal basis: consent of the data subject.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by sending a request to teambc@blogic.cz.
Website traffic analysis
Legal basis: consent given via the cookie banner.
Ensuring website stability
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in the error-free operation of the website.
Data retention periods
We retain personal data for the minimum period necessary:
– contact form data for a maximum of 3 years
– newsletter data until consent is withdrawn
– analytics data according to Google Analytics settings (14 months by default)
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be made accessible to the following data processors:

– email marketing tool provider
– Google Ireland Limited (traffic analysis – Google Analytics)
– Functional Software Inc. – Sentry (website error monitoring)
We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors.
